Seeking a Benefits and Wellbeing Manager to join one of our clients within the financial services industry.

Within this role and as part of their commitment to being a great place to work – they are looking for an experienced benefits specialist to deliver and manage their benefits programme. You will take responsibility for a wide range of benefit plans and policies to support the bank's people strategy. You will provide support to help shape the wellbeing strategy along with a number of key projects. You will design, deliver, communicate and facilitate the creation of a number of programmes such as work/life and retirement.
Responsibilities:
* Showcase a proven track record of successfully designing, governance and service delivery of benefits in locations such as Ireland and the UK
* Take on the role of senior benefits consultant – working with a broader team on management of benefits and benefits for EMEA
* Manage the benefits program including overseeing the flexible benefits program
* Report to the SVP of benefits and wellbeing – take responsibility for the design and implementation of benefit programmes
* Oversee multiple vendors delivering on programs across life, accident as well as voluntary benefits
* Effective vendor management will be a core responsibility – incorporating effective review and negotiation of contracts and terms
* Partner with vendors to ensure they meet the required terms and conditions
* Work with team members to support the running of onsite and offsite medical services such as GP services
Requirements:
* In-depth technical understanding of insurance contracts and risk principles
* Key experience of being responsible for assessing risk and negotiating risk contracts with insurers
* Solid experience in health insurance contracts and measuring ROI
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Experience of governance models for benefits management
* Experience of working in a large multi-national organisation would be a distinct advantage
* Strong project management skills – the ability to manage timely delivery of stakeholders and partners
* Experience with working with flexible benefit providers
* Experience in benchmarking benefit programmes – ensure competitiveness and developing plans to meet these changes
