Job Title: Project Manager (Social Housing)
A leading Property Services Contractor seeks a skilled Project Manager to oversee maintenance and improvement contracts in Social Housing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver maintenance and improvement contracts in line with client KPIs and internal targets
* Manage sub-contractors, direct labour, stores, supply chain partners, planners, and administrators
* Closely monitor works to ensure completion on time, to specification, and within cost
* Support the Head of Operations in managing depot resources and facilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication
Requirements:
* Construction industry background, preferably in Social Housing
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Valid UK driver's license and CSR card
* Previous experience in a leadership role
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
