The Role

Responsibilities
* Coordinate interview schedules for candidates and hiring teams across the US, Europe, and Ireland.
* Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure seamless communication.
* Maintain accurate records and manage updates within the applicant tracking system (ATS, Workday).
* Provide excellent candidate experience through timely communication and updates.
* Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.

* Previous experience in recruitment coordination or a related role.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Workday ATS platform and scheduling tools.
