The Panel is currently engaged to source a Financial Services Business Consulting Senior Manager/Director on behalf of an established highly reputable global Financial Services entity In this role you will work closely with multiple financial services clients to reimagine and redesign the inner workings of their operations, enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies and identify and capture growth opportunities for the future. Responsibilities Strong understanding of core business operations gained through involvement/ delivery of projects across areas such as strategy, operating model design, customer experience design, lean process improvement, organisational design and transformation design and delivery Understand service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients across our range of services Utilise your skills in the areas of structured problem solving, business analysis, analytics, design thinking, and lean process improvement to help our clients drive profitability and performance improvement through their business operations Identify areas for process improvement across existing ways of working be it system, process, or people changes Effectively analyse and define business requirements through stakeholder engagement and reviewing existing processes Manage people and project teams & engage directly with senior client stakeholders to drive business outcomes, including the facilitation of client interviews, workshops, and project governance sessions. Be involved in projects across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from business case development to project execution and close-out. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing Help identify problems, opportunities and ideate methods for improving existing business processes and workflows Helping to shape creative and innovative solutions to address client issues Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise and develop others, effectively communicate, manage budgets, timelines, and plans, manage client expectations, deliver quality projects Working confidently with clients, to support building 'believed advisor' relationships Stay abreast of latest Financial Service industry trends to drive innovation Requirements Excellent client relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within financial services / technology organisations Minimum of 8-10 years in delivering transformation programmes in Financial Institutes Strong verbal and written communication, with experience in presenting to key senior stakeholders Understanding of trends and implications on the Financial Services industry Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience and includes an excellent benefits package Please contact Liam Murphy if you meet the key criteria and you wish to apply Skills: Consulting Consultation Consultant Benefits: Performance Bonus Pension Fund Medical Aid / Health Care Paid Holidays Work From Home
