Job Summary:
As an Account Support Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to help our clients achieve their goals while exceeding their expectations through exceptional support and service. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance via email, phone, and chat.
2. Maintain a thorough understanding of Popertee’s services and solutions to effectively address client needs and promote our offerings.
3. Collaborate with Account Managers to support account setups, monitor account performance, and push for client retention and loyalty.
4. Assist in preparing reports and documentation for client meetings and pitches, ensuring all materials are accurate and up-to-date.
5. Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously enhance our service offerings.
6. Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to relay client feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
7. Support the onboarding process for new clients by guiding them through the setup and integration of our platform.
8. Keep detailed records of client interactions and ensure all relevant information is documented in our CRM system.
9. Manage and prioritize a high volume of accounts while maintaining an organized workflow in a remote setting.
10. Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred, but not mandatory.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
4. Driven personality with a strong capacity for leadership and teamwork.
5. Familiarity with customer support or account management software is a plus, but not required.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
