Senior Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Director on a temporary contract in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Director, including diary and Outlook calendar management, coordination of meeting arrangements, minute taking, production of briefing papers and reports, and anticipation of administrative and logistical requirements.
* Manage business correspondence of a highly confidential and sensitive nature, ensuring timely, sensitive, and discrete responses within required deadlines.
* Coordinate the development and maintenance of the Director's stakeholder engagement plan, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure all engagements are planned and recorded effectively.
* Act as liaison contact point between the Director and Directorate staff, ensuring efficient and effective information flow.
* Assist with event management, large meeting setups, and virtual meetings to ensure seamless execution and positive attendee experience.
Requirements:
* Third-level degree desirable
* Relevant PA experience, including working independently and as part of a team, in a varied and heavy workload environment
* Good knowledge of operations management, manpower planning, and budgetary processes
* Excellent skills in MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
* Project management and operational risk experience desirable
* Experience using SharePoint, strong drafting, and report writing skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills (discretion, confidentiality, strong judgment), relationship management skills, ability to prioritize and organize effectively, and excellent verbal and written communication
Up to 4 days on-site work required.
