Key Responsibilities
* Create and execute a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational targets.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors.
* Develop and implement strategies for recruiting and retaining customers through targeted marketing and in-store events.
* Maintain exceptional customer relationships and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
* Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
* Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
* Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
* A proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
* Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
* Flexible availability across days/hours, with a focus on work-life balance.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Proof of right to live and work in the country.
