Supporter Care Administrator
Plan International Ireland is looking for a highly skilled communicator to join our fundraising team.
This role involves nurturing relationships with supporters, processing donations, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, and organized.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Individual Giving Officer, Head of Individual Giving, Supporter Retention Officer, and ICT and Digital Operations Officer to achieve fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Nurture supporter relationships through efficient implementation of supporter journey communications.
* Process incoming donations, update donor records, and ensure GDPR compliance.
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to engage new supporters.
* Liaise with National and Country Offices on sponsorship issues and requests.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge on supporter care and best practices.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
* Administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
* Desirable: telemarketing experience, strong networking skills, and proficiency in CRM systems.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary range €28,500 - €32,000 (dependent on experience).
