We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. Our client is a Gold Partner of Ireland's innovative One Stop Shop initiative within the National Home Energy Upgrade Scheme, supported by SEAI grants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice to homeowners and businesses on Home Energy Assessments, SEAI grant applications, project management, coordination of contractor works, and follow-up BER assessments.
* Advise on grants available for multiple home upgrade areas.
* Conduct site visits, including accessing attics and other high areas as needed.
The role covers Kerry, Limerick, and Cork and will involve frequent fieldwork to meet clients and oversee projects.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of construction practices, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
* A proactive, customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces such as attics.
* Self-motivation and adaptability to manage multiple projects effectively.
