Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced administrator or secretary to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a 20 hours a week role with a permanent contract.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office administration, excellent communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with MS Office and management software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing front of house assistance and responding to queries
* Maintaining databases and spreadsheets
* Data entry and reporting
* Printing, filing, and scanning
* Taking payments and issuing receipts
* Booking meetings and calendar management
* Liaising with service providers and trades/handyman
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an office administrator or assistant
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Familiarity with office management and basic accounting principles
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and management software
* An acute understanding of discretion and confidentiality
