Join The Westbury Hotel’s dynamic team as a Meetings & Events Operations Assistant Manager, where you'll play a hands-on role in executing high-quality events.
You will oversee event logistics, manage on-the-ground operations, and ensure flawless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee event execution, ensuring smooth setups, transitions, and breakdowns.
2. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to fulfill event requirements.
3. Manage on-site logistics, including staffing, equipment, and room arrangements.
4. Ensure service standards are met, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
5. Resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in event operations, preferably in hospitality.
2. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and liaise with clients.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak event periods.
