My client is an established provider of electronic security services dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions for their clients. As they continue to grow, they are looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to lead their team and optimise their service delivery. Main duties include: Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement operational plans to enhance the delivery of electronic security services. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, equipment management, and supply chain oversight logistics. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including licensing, training, and background checks. Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have the following: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic security, with at least 2 years in a management role. Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of electronic security operations, including industry protocols and regulations. Strong analytical skills for reporting and performance measurement.
