The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will be friendly with a can-do attitude. A flexible attitude towards shift work is essential as midweek and weekend work is involved.
Key Responsibilities of this role are:
The Public Area Assistant is a key individual in achieving the quality standards of the public areas in the hotel. Responsible for the high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of all the public areas. Carry out turndown services as per Housekeeping SOP guidelines. Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours that will include weekends and holidays. This role requires availability to work between 7am-3pm or 3pm-11.30pm.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must be professional, well presented, friendly and reliable
* Be able to work independently and also as part of a team
* Have a good level of English
* Must be hard working with a positive attitude and good attention to detail
* Previous experience working within a Housekeeping Department or similar environment preferred but not essential
* Be currently eligible to work in Ireland
