CMTA is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Columbus, Ohio.
This individual will be instrumental in developing strategy and executing marketing materials that communicate the cutting-edge engineering solutions our company provides to the A/E industry in the Midwest market and nationally.
Requires a strong drive to succeed, be a self-starter, and desire to grow with a fast-paced firm.
The position will work with regional business leaders to develop pursuit strategy and within a marketing support team to coordinate proposal and technical responses and develop graphic driven illustrations and presentations.
The primary local office location is Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities:Prepare responses to requests for proposals and requests for qualifications by collaborating with technical engineering teamsAssist with the development, maintenance, and organization of marketing collateralInteract with leaders to create pursuit strategiesWork with project managers to develop and update project summaries and resumesUndertake special projects, such as award submittals, interview support, etc.Organize and attend regional marketing and business development organizations and eventsSupport PR and industry focused company communicationsConduct market research to identify project and relationship opportunities for promotion and growthQualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field5+ Years of proven experience in marketing and/or business development in the AEC industry.Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts.Proven experience preparing responses to detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and high-quality marketing materials, with exceptional attention to detail.Demonstrate a detailed understanding of computer applications used in a professional design office such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Team-oriented professional willing to invest in their future and grow professionallyApplicants should be aligned to approach solutions with the following behaviors: Demonstrates innovative thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.Shows a commitment to continuous learning and keeps abreast of the latest industry trends and marketing best practices.Embraces teamwork and collaborates effectively with various departments to achieve common goals.Displays excellent interpersonal and networking skills, building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.Desired Skills:Experience with proposal automation software and digital asset managementGraphic design skillsBenefits Overview: Health & Welfare: Medical, dental, vision, prescription drug benefits, company-paid short term and long term disability, basic group life and AD&D, and mental wellness support through Spring Health.
