The Role
This role will be based in the Audit department in the Company's Dublin office and will report into the senior audit leadership team.
The main responsibilities include the following:
1. Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a variety of industries
2. Take responsibility for successfully delivering audit and accounting engagements within agreed timelines, including client and team communications
3. Plan the execution and finalization of the audit assignments
4. Lead, manage, motivate and coach other members of the team
5. Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with audit clients, ensuring they are informed and always satisfied, not just during the audit process but throughout the year
6. Research and solve technical queries from clients
7. Deliver the highest quality auditing services to the Company's clients
8. Manage the successful completion of audit engagements
The Ideal Candidate
9. ACA or ACCA qualifications
10. 2-3 years of relevant Post Qualification Experience
11. Previous supervisory, team lead or managerial experience
12. A passion to provide the very best client experience
13. Excellent attention to detail and technical skills
14. Knowledge of business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments
15. Strong verbal and written communication skills
16. An effective and motivated team player
17. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
18. Self-starter who can critically analyze and assess information.
