REQ: 27321 Minimum RequirementsInterested applicants must possess the following:
A minimum of 2 years experience working in a busy accounts officeExperience in registering and processing large volume of invoices.Experience in resolving invoice queries in a timely manner.Proven ability to monitor efficiently AP mailbox.Relevant experience in preparing creditors control account and producing a list of creditors balancesProven ability to prepare Supplier statement reconciliationsExperience in processing payments via EFTExperience in completing Bank ReconciliationsProficient in spreadsheets and report generation, and knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAble to work to meet specified deadlines on a monthly basisGood planning, organisational, communication, problem solving and time management skills.Experience of dealing with invoice queries from internal and external relevant partiesAccounts payable experience within health or public sectorRelevant qualification in accounts payable a distinct advantageApplicants should possess Level 1 behavioural competencies of AVISTA competency frameworkWhy work with us?Supportive and innovative working environment.
