Senior Document Controller
A senior document controller is required to manage and oversee all documentation processes within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the document control manager to ensure business information management and project information protocols are adhered to and developed.
* Implementing and developing divisional document control procedures on a constant basis.
* Liaising with project and site teams to ensure they have a full understanding of document control and system procedures.
* Organising and chairing meetings with internal and external parties to ensure clear objectives are set for project and business development.
* Assisting with managing business archiving to ensure all documentation is stored efficiently and can be accessed and referenced.
* Providing feedback to design and project managers on documentation issues.
* Managing and reporting document control KPIs.
* Coordinating with all departments across the company to ensure field systems are fully implemented.
* Managing the document transmittal process with the client.

Requirements:
* Previous document control experience.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
* Clear demonstration of working with senior management and implementing new processes.
* Evidence of training staff in procedures and software.
* Evidence of reporting on large volumes of information in a concise manner.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Experience of coordinating the work of others.
