About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a team of salespeople in reaching targets, while ensuring all day-to-day activities required for the smooth running and development of our store are completed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example, demonstrating a determined drive for sales and excellent customer service skills.
* Communicate and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Develop product knowledge, company policies, and brand values among the team.
* Manage people activities, working in liaison with HR and senior management.
* Complete regular reports for senior management.
Requirements:
* Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
* A proven people manager and team player.
* Proficient Microsoft Office user, with an ability to learn in-house systems.
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Furniture experience is beneficial but not essential.
