Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Position Summary
To provide operational support to the Sales & Marketing Team to manage customer facing functions as well as inbound business processes and reports to the CCO.
The role will encompass the delivery of key tasks with a focus on excellent standards in line with EMR business expectations.
Provide a full range of Sales Operations activities to the Sales & Marketing Team which include:
RFI/RFP/PQQ/ITT
* Lead and manage RFI/RFP/PQQ/ITT activities to produce complete, comprehensive, compliant and winning bids, tenders and proposals for EMR
* Take ownership of the bid process, organise response delegation, tracking all elements of the bid progress to completion, and ensuring that all bids are submitted on time and to the highest standard
* Continual development of an effective tender documentation library, and liaising with other divisions and departments to ensure relevance and completeness
* Acting as the lead/owner and publisher of new opportunities under web sites such as Achilles and e-tenders.
* Provide commercial review of contract documents, highlight risks and arrange responses and approval from the CFO
* Preparing presentations and supporting materials for products, concepts and RFP submissions
* Working with the sales, finance and operations management teams to develop tailored bid strategies and generating templates to streamline the process.
Sales Operations (CRM)
* Lead and Manage the current sales CRM deal tracker (Active Campaign) and provide report configuration
* Provide regular and bespoke reports to CCO
* Identify and evaluate a new CRM tool for pipeline management/ opportunity tracking, end to end business automation and prepare ROI for management review and decision.
* Define and add price book data to the new CRM
* Automate the quote generation and approval process inside the new CRM tool
* Work with the PMO to automate an order fulfilment system inside the new CRM
* Automate the RFI/RFP/PQQ/ITT process inside the new CRM
Product and Services
* Assist Sales and Engineering in productization of existing and new EMR solutions
* Manage existing and new vendors used by EMR in their solutions
* Create a library of information available to all for vendor and in-house products
* Liaise with vendors on technical and commercial discussions with Sales
* Develop with Sales generic and project specific pricing schemes
* Take part in customer meetings, project meetings, trade shows and events as required

Key Candidate Skills
Essential:
* Strong bid writing and organising experience
* Excellent time management for completion of work to deadlines
* Knowledge of business to business contracts/Terms & Conditions
* Knowledge of Sales CRM systems
* Ability to network with colleagues to achieve desired outcomes
* Provide high standards of work
* Work as part of a team to deliver on time
* Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project
Desirable:
* Familiarity with Telecoms, Utilities or Critical Network infrastructure
Qualifications:
* Level 7 or 8 qualification is desired (Diploma or Degree)
* English Language mandatory
* Work authorisation to be employed in Ireland
