The opportunity
Looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our modern and forward-thinking business in our headquarters in Tralee. The role on offer is for a 1-year project, where you will be involved in developing and delivering client training workshops both onsite and online. You will be responsible for:
* Designing and planning training collateral and eLearning Courses for clients
* Conducting online and onsite training
* Developing and reviewing user training documentation and eLearning content
* Providing post-training support and guidance
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and attend online and onsite Workshops/Training
* Prepare and deliver training on the ViClarity software system (Online/Onsite)
* Adapt training style as appropriate to our customers
* Identify and provide solutions to customer queries and deliver honest answers
* Work in conjunction with the Sales and Customer Success/Support teams and other internal teams to achieve successful training outcomes, in person, online, and via our training academy
* Develop relationships and ensure a first-class customer service
What to expect
We’ll provide ongoing training on our software system, using processes/guides you will expect to deliver Workshops and training within our office and at client sites. The role will involve some travel to deliver onsite training workshops at client locations in Ireland and the UK. You will play a pivotal role in successfully delivering a user-friendly system and providing customer assurance throughout our implementation. You will ensure the customer experiences the highest level of service throughout your part of the lifecycle of the project.
Who you will be working with
You will become an integral member of our strong, friendly, and supportive team, working alongside Senior Project Leaders & Business Analysts to understand the systems we implement, our customers’ requirements, and implementation needs, in order to develop and deliver training to support each project rollout. You will be dealing with clients across different sectors including Financial Services and Healthcare sectors. You will engage in relevant and process-driven Implementations that will support our customers to help improve efficiencies and reduce the burden of regulatory compliance.

* Has an understanding of business processes and supporting technologies

* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Applicants must hold a full driving licence
Experience
* Experience with eLearning or LMS a strong advantage
* Train the Trainer certification (desirable)
* Candidates with experience in one or all the following: Training administrator, Training co-ordinator, Customer Service roles
* Knowledge of PowerBI or BI applications is an advantage
* Proven experience in problem solving
