Job Title: Accounts Administrator
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will suit an individual who can work independently as well as being a team player.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have strong bookkeeping initiative and experience in financial, credit control, administration, and personal assistance to management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Bank and credit card reconciliations
* Creditors and debtors management
* Supplier and customer invoicing
* Email and phone query handling
* Preparation of VAT, PAYE, and PRSI returns
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining essential paperwork, filing systems, and data integrity.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent timekeeping and punctuality
* Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial standard practices
* A working knowledge of Management Accounts, P&L, journals, and general ledgers
* Proficiency in Sage, BrightPay, and ROS portal
* MS Office proficiency and good typing skills
Previous experience in a bookkeeping role is essential, and an accounting qualification is highly advantageous.
