Site Administrator
This is a fast-paced role that involves diverse responsibilities, supporting daily operations, and ensuring our projects run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls and email inbox, ensuring timely responses.
* Handle printing, organizing, and filing tasks.
* Prepare and oversee tender documents and processes.
* Record, type, and distribute meeting minutes.
* Draft correspondence, invoices, and other administrative materials.
* Coordinate supplier quotes and maintain detailed records.
* Oversee contract management and related tasks.
* Schedule and arrange site visits and inspections.
* Attend site surveys and walkthroughs as required.
* Create and submit planning documents for approval.
* Support various administrative duties as needed.
About You:
* Previous administrative experience, preferably in construction or site management.
* Familiarity with tender documentation and processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
In this role, you will work 5 days a week onsite in Ballincollig. Full-time hours are 09:00 - 17:30 with flexible options. Salary details are €35,000 +.
