Flexsource NI is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator on a Permanent full-time basis, based in Holywood County Down, with a salary of up to £28k.
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to assist the Managing Director, Chair, and CEO with all aspects of day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively monitor and manage emails and correspondence, drafting emails for review, bringing urgent matters forward for attention, and archiving emails as deemed appropriate.
2. Planning and coordination of diaries and travel arrangements, monitoring industry events, and arranging bookings based on organisational priorities.
3. Proactively manage day-to-day administrative and research tasks.
4. Working alongside the company receptionist and providing support for event bookings, fire safety, ISO administration, facilities, and systems tasks. Ensuring the reception desk is covered as appropriate.
Requirements:
1. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
2. 2 years experience in a similar role within a busy office environment.
3. Experience supporting senior management teams.
4. Experience within a marketing environment would be advantageous.
