The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our B2B Amateur Team. As a key contact for key customers using Sonra Lite, you'll ensure the highest level of service is provided at all times.
Your Responsibilities
* Serve as a point of contact for customer account management matters related to Sonata Lite.
* Builld and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
* Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
* Provide prompt and accurate answers to client queries and assist with challenging requests or issues escalations as needed.
* Visit key clients regularly to ensure needs and objectives are being met.
* Prepare regular reports on all account status.
* Ccommunicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal/external stakeholders.
* Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet commercial targets.
* Collaborate with the B2B Amateur Team to identify and grow opportunities within territories.
* Demonstrate STATSports' new products and services to prospective clients and existing customers.
* Contribute to internal projects led by the R&D Team which may involve data collection, analysis, and presentation of results.
* Relay ideas/suggestions for new features and system improvements gathered from clients to the development team.
You
* Ned a degree level of 2:1 or above in Sports and Exercise Sciences or equivalent.
* Experience working within a customer-focused role.
* Experience with High Performance Sports, preferably in a coaching capacity.
* Ability to travel when required.
* Itd be great if you have Experience working with a GPS Performance Tracking system Experience of working with a CRM system for order processing Experience of involvement in team sport at a grass-roots level.
