Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Defined Benefit (DB) Client Service Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland.
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The team works alongside other DB administration teams located in both Dublin and Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of premier clients ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail to deliver internal/external client-specific service levels and meet compliance deadlines.
* Support and mentor junior colleagues on the client service team and provide support to other areas of the business as required.
* Assist the DB Client Service team manager in running and developing the team.
* Participate in ad hoc project work.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in administration, ideally within pensions.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
* Effective communication skills and proven track record of providing a high level of customer service.
* Able to work within a team environment as a team player and have a flexible approach to work.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to problem-solve effectively.
* A keen interest in further developing a career in pension scheme administration.
* Good understanding of relevant underlying Pensions Legislation and Regulations.
