Job Purpose
We are now seeking a Service Delivery Manager who will transform the service delivery discipline and culture across the EirGrid Group. Acting as the primary interface for business engagement on service delivery, you will develop a deep understanding of our mission critical services and will influence all stakeholders across the Group to achieve the desired outcomes.
As the Service Delivery Manager you will play a key leadership role and will direct a core team of Service Management professionals operating in a partnership model with all areas of the business and specific Managed Service Providers.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all IT Services across the group are measured and evaluated against Key Performance Indicators and will be the primary interface with the business customers in ensuring service resilience and continuity.
Key to success in the role will be the ability to lead a team which includes the Incident & Problem Lead, Service Design Lead, Customer Success Analyst and Service Management support.
About You
* Qualification in a relevant discipline. Plus 8+ years of experience in a leadership role.
* Passionate about the employee and stakeholder experience, strong service and customer orientation, and commercially focused.
* Significant experience in the disciplines of Service Management, Service Delivery, and Incident and Problem Management in a complex IT environment.
* Expert at managing the delivery of critical services through 3rd party vendors.
* Ability to lead programmes in service and process design, implementation and improvement.
* Ability to lead the development and governance of the Service Catalogue.
* Experience of working in a regulated environment, preferably utility based, understanding of regulations and licence obligations.
