The Soft Service Supervisor is responsible for the management of services and processes that support the facilities management teams and service contracts which the company has with the Project Site.
You will be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Automated Preventive Maintenance programs.
2. Setting up automated work order systems
3. Procurement.
4. Initiating energy management systems.
5. Building and grounds maintenance.
6. Cleaning.
7. Health and safety.
8. Security.
9. Utilities and communications infrastructure.
10. Space management.
Requirements:
11. Understanding of Soft Facilities Management services within the Sector.
12. Experience in contract administration
13. Extensive technical expertise, particularly in the management of cleaning services.
14. Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation in relation to Facilities Management Services
15. Experience in managing budgets effectively.
16. Strong English Language skills.

Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:30
Friday, 08:00 - 15:30
