Prosperous Financial has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Executive to join our team.
The Client Services Executive plays a key role in providing exceptional service and support to clients within our firm. They are responsible for handling client enquiries, processing transactions and supporting our financial advisors in delivering effective financial planning solutions. This role requires strong communication, organisational skills and a client-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
3. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any additional service needs.
Support for Financial Advisors
1. Work closely with financial advisors and financial planners to prepare documents, process applications and manage client files.
2. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth journey and effective service delivery.
3. Engage with advisors in fulfilling the clients recommendations and following up on pending actions or tasks.
Administrative and Operational Tasks
1. Process account openings, applications, updates, transfers, top ups and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
2. Maintain and update client records in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
3. Handle document management, including filing, organising and retrieving documents as required.
Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
1. Ensure all client service activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
2. Support internal audits and compliance checks as required.
Client Communications and Reporting
1. Prepare and send regular communications to clients, including updates, statements and account summaries.
2. Respond to clients in an efficient response time.
3. Assist in generating custom reports for clients as requested.
Skills And Experience:
1. QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) certification, or equivalent, is highly preferred
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a client services role, preferably within a financial planning or financial services environment
3. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
4. Strong understanding of financial products, services and industry regulations
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach
6. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
7. Proficiency in CRM software preferably Wealth track and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
