People Manager (Inflight Team)
Join Ryanair, Europe's Largest Airline Group, as a People Manager in the Inflight Team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to assist in the day-to-day management of Inflight staff across several European bases. This is an exciting role with functions in both Operations and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage crew punctuality and attendance across Ryanair bases.
* Responsibility for the on time reporting for duty of all cabin crew.
* Offer support and monitor the performance of Base Supervisors.
* Succeed in managing and contributing to profitability by increasing product sales volume and improving Average Spend per base.
* Achieve category goals by implementing sales strategies and measuring results.
* Work with other Inflight Managers and Personnel on staffing, contracts, and disciplinary issues.
* Maintain Customer Service and Grooming Standards.
* Collaborate with Third-party contractors on staffing.
* Ensure best practices are carried out and handle any arising issues.
Requirements:
* Proven administration skills.
* Ability to write weekly inflight reports and administrative documents.
* Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Capacity to meet deadlines.
* Self-motivation and ability to adapt quickly.
* Previous management or supervisory experience is desirable.
* Proficiency in Windows applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
