Lily's Childcare requires a manager for their service in Saggart, Co. Dublin.
Remuneration:
Salary 40,000 per annum plus Christmas Bonus.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Hire, train, and supervise childcare staff, ensuring qualifications meet Tusla requirements.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development.
* Implement age-appropriate programs for ECCE and SAC.
* Align curriculum with Aistear and Síolta standards, incorporating diverse activities.
* Ensure compliance with Tusla and DCEDIY regulations.
* Maintain licenses and certifications, and conduct regular safety inspections.
* Support CEO of Saggart SCC with the maintenance and safety of the premises.
* Manage inventory of educational materials and equipment.
* Build positive relationships with parents, providing regular updates.
* Organise parent meetings and family engagement events.
* Connect with local schools and community organisations.
* Ensure children's physical, emotional, and developmental well-being.
* Implement behaviour management and child protection policies.
* Manage enrolment and maintain accurate records.
* Ensure GDPR compliance.
* Implement best practices and new policies based on current research.
The successful candidate must have:
* Experience working within a Pre-School Childcare setting essential.
* Excellent team player.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
