Job Description
We are assisting a high-growth organisation in their search for an experienced Salesforce Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement Salesforce solutions, leveraging project management expertise to define and manage business processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement business efficiencies through process mapping and documentation.
* Design and develop reports and dashboards, working closely with stakeholders to meet their information needs.
* Promote technical partnerships with 3rd party systems configuration and implementation partners.
* Analyse and manage complex data sets, ensuring accurate and reliable data transformation.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience implementing finance and/or HR systems.
* Background in the engineering or construction sector.
* Familiarity with ISO audits and certification processes.
* Understanding of cyber security principles up to ISO 27001 standard.
* Configuration and implementation experience with small works projects.
* Sys admin expertise in user setup, access rights, and role configuration.
