Property & Legal Executive Assistant Osborne are delighted to be partnering with a leading luxury hospitality and retail organisation based in Kildare in the recruitment of a Property & Legal Executive Administrator. This role will involve working closing with the Director of the department and managing all the leasing and compliance administration requirements. You will be supporting and working closely with the in-house team and external clients of the group. This is a busy role working on multiple projects and managing a full meeting and diary schedule. We are looking for an experienced administration executive who can demonstrate an ability to multitask operational and strategic projects, staying calm in a high-pressured environment. This position operates in a fast-paced environment and previous experience working with property and legal teams will be an advantage for this position. This is a 1-year Contract Location:Kildare Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 DOE Salary and Benefits: Excellent Salary €35K+++ DOE 25 days AL Healthcare Pension EAP & Wellbeing programmes Responsibilities of the Executive Administrator: Support with documentation, meeting coordination, and internal processes to facilitate the leasing and compliance of the group Executive Assistant support to the Director and wider team. Diary & email management. Organise external meetings, including scheduling, meeting rooms, refreshments, travel national and international Minute taking and follow up on meeting actions Track budgets and weekly/ monthly reporting Preparing compliance and leasing documents working closely with the legal team. Systems management reporting using Salesforce and Oracle.
