Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled project planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a planning role within the construction industry and a broad range of project experience.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and objectives.
* Closely collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet milestones and optimize resource utilization.
* Proactively adjust project plans to accommodate changes in scope, schedule, or resource availability, minimizing disruptions.
* Prepare and present regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders, identifying key achievements and potential risks.
* Audit project timelines and take corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in a planning role within the construction industry, with a broad range of project experience.
* Proven expertise in managing complex project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera P6 or similar software.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive project success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* A proactive problem-solving approach, with the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and dynamics.
* Eligible to work in Ireland.
* Full EU Driving License.
Preferred Qualifications:
* A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
