Sous Chef Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional cuisine and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
* Manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years Sous Chef experience
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills
* Flexible to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary range €45,000 - €55,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications
