Our Client who is a leading national provider within electrical contracting is seeking a HR Manager (Ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to progress into a Management role) who’s passionate about fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping HR strategies, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance, all while supporting leadership and nurturing talent across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities (to include):
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
* Lead employee relations efforts and resolve issues with professionalism
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and support training programs
* Collaborate with senior leadership on compensation, succession planning, and HR analytics
* Maintain legal compliance and ensure a safe, inclusive workplace
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a management or generalist role
* Ideally have HR experience from an engineering or construction environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* CIPD or SHRM-SCP certification (or the ability to obtain it)
* Solid understanding of employment law and best practices
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
