What We Need
As an Associate Digital Producer within our Digital Innovation & Production team, you'll be pivotal in leading and delivering high-quality web content and websites. Your role involves collaborating closely with partners, leading production of web-based projects from inception to completion, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance our digital presence to maximize player value.
What You’ll Do
Daily Operations
1. Collaborate with partners to deliver innovative web solutions that drive user engagement.
2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
3. Champion agile practices, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Create comprehensive JIRA tickets outlining partner requirements and project specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
5. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, empowering them to grow & contribute effectively.
6. Produce web content and assets across various IPs, with a fine-eye for detail and strict adherence to project timeliness.
7. Conduct thorough quality assurance checks - encompassing loc, functionality, security & more.
8. Collaborate closely with external development agencies to ensure seamless website launches.
9. Take ownership of specific titles within the CMS, optimizing content for search visibility and driving organic traffic to increase conversions.
10. Facilitate Web Strategy meetings, driving strategic and deliverable alignment, and actionable insights.
11. Leveraging data and insights to optimize content for SEO.
12. Master SEO tools and Google SEO products (GA / GSC / Page Speed Insights) for research and performance reporting on assigned titles.
Strategic Projects
13. Schedule and prioritize website launches and migrations to align with business objectives.
14. Develop production roadmaps, communicate timelines effectively, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
15. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results.
16. Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
17. Build strong relationships with partners through regular communication and updates, being the central point-of-contact for most web projects.
18. Identify and prioritize Strategic Projects impacting player experience to drive customer loyalty and retention, ultimately increasing lifetime value.
19. Conduct user research to inform prioritization of Strategic Projects.

20. Proficient in UX/UI principles and website design, with a focus on driving user engagement.
21. Experience leading cross-functional projects, delivering tangible business value through strategic initiatives.
22. Familiarity with WYSIWYG CMS systems and multilingual web content production.
23. Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
24. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.
