A leading organization in the Aviation Industry is seeking a highly organized and structured individual to join their Contracts Management/Finance Team. This company is well-established, growing, and a leader in its field, presenting a great opportunity for the right candidate with experience working in a similar field in Ireland.
Job Details
This is a 12-month contract role with a strong possibility of extension, initially based in an office setting for the first three months. The successful candidate will ideally have experience using Dynamics 365 or similar systems.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Managing the company's finance system, specifically Dynamic D365
2. Preparing and timely delivery of monthly lease rental invoices and supplemental rent invoices
3. Payment registrations
4. Ad-hoc invoicing for commitment fees, sales, spare parts, credit notes, and other items
5. Reconciliations
6. Maintaining up-to-date lease schedules
Requirements for Success
1. Experience in the aviation industry is highly advantageous
2. In this role, you will work closely with the contract management team; experience in similar roles is beneficial
3. Two years of experience in accounts is essential
