Telesales Executive
Based in Citywest and reporting to the Sales Director.

The Role:
As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team in CityWest Dublin 24. As a Telesales Executive with SEL, you will be the public face of the company as we deliver our innovative and design-led solutions to our clients. You will operate to the highest standards with Customer Focus and Satisfaction being your core drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with customers over the phone and in our showroom.
2. Providing support and backup to the sales team.
3. Liaising with other internal departments including Sales, Operations, Warehousing, and Logistics.
4. Making outbound calls to new and existing customers.
5. Consistently generating new leads through telesales.
6. Issuing quotations to clients and following up.
7. Providing information on all products and services as well as cross-selling where appropriate.
8. Building lasting customer relationships and creating new sales opportunities for new and existing customers.
9. Investigating and solving queries.
10. Maintaining and updating the customer database.
Skills and Experience:
1. 1-2 years of administration experience in a similar role.
2. Excellent administration and communication skills.
3. Must demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office Word and Excel to an advanced level and be able to manipulate reports.
4. Strong customer focus.
5. Experience with SAP system is an advantage.
6. Must have the ambition to learn and develop within the role as required.
7. Team player who is flexible and has a ‘willing to help’ attitude.
8. Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
9. Fluent in English.

Pay: To be discussed at first meeting.
