Do you have experience working in a Planning Role and are keen to step into a lead role and be a part of this business's future?
As the Planning Engineer, you will be reporting to the Director of the company and will be accountable for developing and maintaining detailed and integrated project programmes using Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and maintaining cost/resource loaded schedules
2. Schedule development and integration
3. Milestone Management
4. Progress reporting and carrying out earned value analysis
5. Develop bid programmes to support and complement bid submissions
6. Develop detailed master construction programmes
7. Develop project controls procedures
8. Prepare and manage progress reports
9. Develop method statements
10. Account management of existing clients
11. Business development activities with new clients
Requirements for this position:
1. 3+ years relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably main contractor experience
2. Experienced in programming software and BIM would be an advantage
3. Likes autonomy, is pro-active and results driven
