We are currently seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Operations Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collecting Guest Information and Customer Data for upcoming events.
2. Organising Guest Information and Customer Data and inputting to our own database and Club databases.
3. Liaising with clients to accommodate specific requests and ensure satisfaction.
4. Preparing and maintaining key files and data related to weekly events.
5. Answering emails from staff, clients, and suppliers regarding order allocations.
6. Assisting with updating information on company CRM.
7. Performing other day-to-day ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Essential Requirements
1. Exceptional organizational skills, diligence, and methodical application in duties.
2. High competency in all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Ability to make decisions and take initiative independently.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
6. Fluent in Italian, both written and oral.
Desired Requirements
1. Enthusiasm for football and general sports.
2. Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (Customer service / admin role).
3. Third level qualification.
4. Flexibility to work varied hours when necessary.
