About Your New Job
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including recording transactions, categorizing expenses, and reconciling bank statements.
* Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
* Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
* Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
* Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
* Provide support to the payroll department as required.
* Interact with clients professionally and efficiently.
* Address inquiries and provide assistance with financial matters as needed.
* Assist with various administrative duties, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.
Requirements
* 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
* Process improvement and systems knowledge.
* Unrestricted work rights in Ireland (sponsorship not offered).
