Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Business Development Team in Limerick and other offices, undertaking a diverse portfolio of activities to support the Regional Team in delivering investments to the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, invoices, event logistics, and office diary with high quality and efficiency.
2. Coordination: Support the Regional Team in coordinating activities and itineraries to progress key strategic initiatives on all business development activities for the region.
3. Marketing Material: Prepare high-quality brochures, profiles, infographics, and other marketing materials.
4. Research: Undertake relevant research as required and update a database of regional information.
5. Reporting: Update the Customer Relationship Management System and produce a weekly report on progress towards targets for the management team.
6. Data Analysis: Gather key metrics and data related to organisational performance with the Regional Executive and Regional Manager.
7. Team Contribution: Contribute energetically to the development of the Division as part of the Regional Business and Relationship team.
8. Continuous Learning: Ensure continuous learning and development through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.

Requirements
* Qualifications: A third-level qualification is desirable, together with an interest in working towards a degree qualification.
* Driving Licence: A full driving licence is desirable.
* Content Creation Skills: Familiarity with content creation applications (Canva, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign) will be advantageous.
* Computer Packages: Proficiency and experience in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential, together with the ability to use social media platforms.
* Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
* Travel Requirements: Aspects of this role will require travel and working outside of normal office hours.
