Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships and communication with key corporate customer accounts
* Build on customer confidence and act as a trusted advisor
* Hold regular meetings with all customers, monitoring and highlighting any issues that they may be facing
* Provide customers with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms for effective fleet management solutions
* Provide expert information on products offered
* Maximise customer retention by offering excellent customer service excellence
* Track, review and analyse all customer survey feedback to develop plans to increase ratings and address customer concerns
* Understand customer needs, ensuring service delivery is best in class
* Keep up to date with legislative, industry and product developments to provide appropriate and accurate advice
* Take ownership of customer issues arising, working collaboratively with colleagues across other functions for swift resolution
Skills & Qualifications Required
* 3+ years plus experience in customer relationship management
* A strong background in customer service, project management and Medical based Technology
* Strategic thinker and ability to analyse and solve problems quickly
* Proficient presentation skills with the ability impact at all levels including senior executives
* Expert in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Degree educated preferably in Medical, Sport Science or Technology based subjects
This position is full-time and based in Office in County Kerry. Salary is open to negotiation and based on experiences and in the region of €42 – €50,000. For further information, please email me directly.
