Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at the Irish owned Harcourt Hotel Collection. With six 3, 4 & 5 star hotel properties located across the UK, Republic of Ireland, Caribbean and a growing portfolio across other regions. The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for developing ongoing marketing & communication strategies to drive revenue and brand voice across the Harcourt Hotel Collection. This individual will develop digital communications plans in line with budgeted media spend and individual hotel strategies. They will also be responsible for website management and development across the group, in combination with the Group Director of Sales and Marketing. This role requires a natural creative flare, passion for Marketing with commercial gain to contribute to the individual hotels revenue and success.
Responsibilities
* Assist the GDOSM & hotel teams to create and implement content plans across all hotels to include social media channels, email communications, press releases and traditional advertising driving each hotel’s revenue and in line with individual hotel strategies.
* Manage the hotels reputation working with the individual hotel teams, ensuring review sites are updated with the assistance of Revinate reporting and 100% response to all comments (TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Google Plus, Hotels.com, Expedia), social media queries are responded to.
* Prepare weekly, monthly & annual reports showcasing commercial ROI inclusive of KPI’s across website activity including booking engine statistics, social media channels & email communications.
* In conjunction with the GDOSM and Hotel teams overseeing coordination of SEO, PPC, Meta and other digital advertising activities in collaboration with our website/digital marketing providers.
* Responsible for website updates and development including updating content with the hotel teams and GDOSM, updates including offer campaigns, image/video content on website & ensuring maximum functionality.
* Manage content, design and coordinate brochures & collateral with the hotel teams to ensure brand standards are maintained.
* Be responsible for ad-hoc promotional collateral as needed for Sales & Marketing needs.
* Work with GDOSM in managing third party relationships with PR Agencies, Design/Print Agencies, Advertising publications and Digital Marketing Agency.
* Assistance in ad hoc projects with sister properties and parent company as per the GDOSM.
* Planning and participation on photo shoots in association with the GDOSM as and when required.
* Planning, preparation & assisting the GDOSM compiling annual Sales and Marketing Plan.
