Job Summary
CTC Admin File Transfer specialist will be responsible for the configuration of File Transfers for MasterCard. This is a 2nd level /IT support position. Assist with the day-to-day support functions for File Transfers which includes frequent communication with Customers and Internal Support Teams. Support includes working with Vendor Products and MasterCard developed solutions.
Overview
• The purpose of the team is to support File Transfers with our customers
• To Support the Operations Command Center as a Level 2 support
• To establish connectivity for File Transfers in support of our application teams
• Communicate with our customers on the requirements for setting up file transfers
• To ensure timeliness of delivery of the transfers and resolve any type of issues

Role
• Communication with various teams and the customer on the requirements to set up File Transfers. Coordinate all activities between parties.
• Coordinate the necessary Change Control request to support updates to the environment.
• Act as a 2nd level support of the Operations Command Center
• Ability or work independently.
All About You
• Knowledge of Secure File transfer protocols and data encoding.
• Working knowledge of Certificates in support of the transfers.
• Working knowledge of Connect:Direct. This is an IBM product.
• Knowledge of Sterling B2B Integrator.
