Healthcare HR and Compliance Officer– Disability and Elderly Setting
Location: Nenagh, Tipperary
Job Opportunity:
Permanent part time, 24 hours per week (Flexible days and times)
The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Auditing, HIQA preparation, and compliance
* Providing care to vulnerable people with both intellectual and physical disabilities nationwide
Person Specification:
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of a Level 7 Degree on the QQI Framework in Social Care Studies, Social Care Work, Health, ID Nursing or equivalent relevant qualification
* 3-5 years proven experience in an auditing/HIQA preparation/compliance role
* Postgraduate qualification in HR/Quality Management viewed as an advantage
Requirements:
* Demonstrative experience in auditing using quality systems
* Robust knowledge of HIQA regulations and legislative compliance requirements
* Comprehensive experience of Risk Management & Health and Safety in a social care setting
* Experience in management of regulated services for elderly people or those with disabilities
* Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
* Full driver's license and availability of own car
