Job Summary
This role involves managing the site's electrical operational maintenance and instrumentation calibration program. It includes overseeing electrical systems, calibration programs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Team Management: Lead a team of employees and contractors responsible for maintaining site electrical infrastructure and instrumentation equipment.
* Safety Management: Promote a culture of safety, implement safe work practices, and conduct regular safety audits.
* Maintenance & Program Management: Oversee the maintenance and performance of site electrical infrastructure and equipment, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead the transition to predictive maintenance strategies.
* Compliance & Quality Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, work with Operations and Quality functions to ensure Regulatory Compliance, and assist in determining root cause of equipment failures.
* Vendor & Budget Management: Evaluate and manage contracts with vendors, optimize E&I budgets, and monitor spare parts inventory.
* Technical Support: Conduct long-term planning for equipment upgrades, plant expansions, and new technology implementation, and oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of new E&I projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Instrument Engineering or equivalent experience.
* 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
* Leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
