Role and Responsibilities:
1. Support the restaurant manager in coordinating the department's operations.
2. Provide and develop training to team members to support the delivery of a 5-star experience.
3. Deliver project work to enhance guest experience and continuous improvement.
4. Proactively manage rosters to ensure adequate cover and cost control.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience in a 5*, luxury hospitality environment.
2. Strong background in fine dining food & beverage operations.
