Job Title: Executive Assistant
This is a highly organised and proactive role within our Dublin team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for activities related to the Executives.
* Manage diaries for senior executives, including coordinating internal and external meetings and hospitality events.
* Handle email inboxes and manage complex business travel arrangements.
* Process expenses and coordinate group travel itineraries for wider teams.
* Contribute to the company's core principles and enhance client experience.
* Provide absence cover for the Administration & Facilities team as required.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial industry.
* Proven ability to organise events of varying scales.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
* Exceptional organisational skills and strategic thinking.
* Excellent relationship-building skills at all levels.
* Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate initiative.
