Principal LLM Researcher - AIOps / Cloud Services
Onsite - Dublin, Ireland
In this role you'll develop LLM applications in the AIOps domain, advancing AI and data analytics to solve complex challenges in cloud services and user experience management that were previously unattainable.
Working closely with the Consumer Business Group for Cloud Services. The team has a burning desire on intelligent automation, cost/performance and, experience optimisation and has achieved many technical breakthroughs over the past few years.
Key Responsibilities
* Hands-on experience with LLM in real-world projects, such as multi-agent LLM.
* Apply AI and related optimisation algorithms to investigate, develop and maintain scalable and efficient solutions to tackle business and research challenges in AIOps, user behaviour analysis, public opinion analytics, etc.
* Work independently and with the team to deliver research PoCs
* Design and develop system components to translate research into production trials to achieve business goals and impacts.
* Publish research results and interact with research communities in the related fields.
Requirements
* PhD in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, AI, etc.) or years of experience applying AI and/or data analysis techniques to solve real-world problems.
* Experience in cloud service management, user experience optimisation or user behaviour analysis is a great plus.
